Remote Management Systems (RMS)

Router Management Portals
We work with leading RMS platforms including Teltonika RMS, which provides comprehensive management for Teltonika router fleets with real-time monitoring, remote access, bulk configuration, and automated alerts. Installation Services
Professional installation ensures your IoT connectivity is set up correctly from day one. Poor installation is a leading cause of ongoing issues — antenna placement, cable routing, configuration, and testing all impact long-term reliability.
Site Survey
Before installation, we assess the deployment environment to ensure optimal outcomes. This includes cellular coverage testing to identify best network options, antenna positioning assessment for optimal signal, power and cabling route planning, environmental considerations such as temperature, weatherproofing, and access, and documentation of site specifics for future reference.
Professional Installation
Our engineers handle complete physical installation including router mounting in appropriate enclosures or locations, external antenna installation with proper weatherproofing, cable runs with appropriate protection and labelling, power connections and backup power integration where required, and clean, professional finish meeting site standards.
Configuration & Commissioning
Every device is configured to your specifications and thoroughly tested before handover. This includes network configuration covering APN, failover settings, and VPN tunnels; security hardening including firewall rules, access controls, and firmware updates; integration testing with your backend systems and applications; performance validation with signal strength, throughput, and latency verification; and documentation of all settings and handover to your team or ongoing support.

Pre-Configuration & Staging
For larger deployments, we configure devices in advance at our facility so they arrive ready to install. This reduces on-site time, ensures consistency, and allows thorough testing before dispatch.
Device Staging
Routers are unpacked, updated to latest firmware, configured to your template, tested for functionality, and repacked with documentation. SIMs are activated, tested, and inserted. Antennas and accessories are bundled with the correct device.
Configuration Templates
We develop standardised configuration templates based on your requirements. These ensure consistency across your fleet, reduce configuration errors, and simplify future support. Templates cover network settings, security policies, monitoring integration, and custom requirements.
Asset Labelling & Documentation
Each device is labelled with asset tags, serial numbers, SIM ICCIDs, and other identifiers you specify. Detailed records are maintained in your chosen format, whether spreadsheet, asset management system, or our portal.
Logistics
Staged devices can be shipped directly to installation sites, your warehouse for distribution, or held for scheduled release. We coordinate with your rollout timeline to ensure devices arrive when needed.
