Enterprise-grade 4G and 5G cellular routers built for demanding environments. From compact edge devices to high-performance multi-WAN gateways.
Built for Industrial Reality
Consumer routers fail in industrial environments. Temperature extremes, vibration, power fluctuations, and the need for 24/7 unattended operation demand purpose-built hardware designed with reliability as the primary objective.
We partner with the leading manufacturers of industrial cellular equipment — Teltonika, Robustel, MultiTech, and Milesight — to provide solutions that match your specific deployment requirements, environmental conditions, and connectivity needs.
Temperature Hardened
Operating ranges from -40°C to +75°C for outdoor and industrial installations.
Dual SIM Failover
Automatic switching between SIM cards for network redundancy and load balancing.
Remote Management
Cloud-based monitoring and configuration. Update firmware and troubleshoot without site visits.

Multi-WAN Gateways
Enterprise-grade devices combining cellular with wired WAN for maximum resilience. Advanced load balancing, policy routing, and high-availability configurations. For mission-critical applications where downtime is unacceptable.
Examples: Teltonika RUTX50, Robustel EG5120
5G Router Solutions
Next-generation connectivity for bandwidth-intensive applications. Sub-6GHz 5G NR with 4G LTE fallback.
5G Industrial Routers
Gigabit-capable cellular connectivity for applications that demand high throughput and low latency. Live video streaming, edge computing, and bandwidth aggregation scenarios. 5G coverage is expanding rapidly across UK urban and industrial areas.
Examples: Teltonika RUTX50, Robustel R5020, Milesight UR75
When to Choose 5G
5G offers significant advantages for specific use cases, but 4G LTE remains the practical choice for many deployments. Consider 5G when your application requires high-bandwidth video streaming or transmission, real-time data from multiple sensors or devices, edge computing with cloud connectivity, or when future-proofing is a priority and 5G coverage exists at deployment locations.
For most IoT and M2M applications with modest bandwidth requirements, 4G LTE provides excellent performance at lower cost and with more ubiquitous coverage.
Industrial Router Features
Dual SIM Operation
Two SIM slots enable automatic failover between networks when primary connectivity fails. Some models support simultaneous dual-SIM for load balancing across both connections, maximising available bandwidth and resilience.
VPN & Security
Comprehensive VPN support including IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, and GRE tunnels. Stateful firewall, access control lists, and secure boot ensure your remote devices remain protected from network threats.
Remote Management
Cloud-based platforms like Teltonika RMS allow you to monitor, configure, and update entire router fleets from anywhere. Real-time status, bandwidth monitoring, and remote troubleshooting without site visits.
Ruggedised Design
Extended temperature ranges, vibration resistance, and industrial power inputs (9-50V DC) allow deployment in vehicles, outdoor enclosures, and harsh industrial environments where consumer equipment would fail.
GPS & Location
Integrated GNSS receivers enable accurate location tracking for mobile assets. Geofencing, route logging, and integration with fleet management platforms for complete visibility of vehicle-mounted equipment.
I/O & Serial Ports
Digital inputs and outputs for sensor integration and relay control. RS232/RS485 serial ports enable connection to legacy industrial equipment, PLCs, and SCADA systems without additional protocol converters.
Choosing the Right Router
Key questions to help identify the optimal router for your deployment.
What's your bandwidth requirement?
Basic monitoring and telemetry needs modest throughput (4G compact routers). Video streaming and high-data applications may require professional 4G or 5G solutions. Be realistic — most IoT applications use far less bandwidth than people expect.
What's the deployment environment?
Indoor installations may use standard temperature-range devices. Outdoor, vehicle, or industrial environments need extended temperature ranges and ruggedised enclosures. Consider vibration, humidity, and dust exposure.
Do you need dual SIM?
Dual SIM provides network redundancy for mission-critical applications. If single-network downtime is unacceptable, dual SIM with multi-network SIMs provides maximum resilience. For non-critical applications, single SIM may suffice.
What interfaces do you need?
Count the Ethernet devices, consider WiFi requirements for local access, and check if you need serial ports for industrial equipment. I/O ports are essential if integrating sensors or controlling external equipment.
How will you manage the devices?
Single installations can be managed directly. Larger fleets benefit enormously from cloud management platforms like Teltonika RMS. Factor this into your selection — not all routers support all platforms.
What's your power source?
Standard DC power, wide-range vehicle power (9-36V), or PoE — ensure the router supports your available power. Some applications may need ignition sensing for vehicle installations.
